Condo has an air conditioner (Whynter ARC-14S 14,000 BTU Dual Hose) which is especially useful during those random days in summer when the outside temps get warm, you won't find many condos that offer this!
This condo sleeps 4 persons (2 in king bed and 2 in king sleeper sofa). The sleeper sofa is a high end American Leather sofa with foam mattress, super comfortable! The condo is right at the slopes in the Founder's Pointe building, literally steps across the street from the Gondola, Mountain House, ski rentals and Winter Park Village! It has several recently upgraded features including lamps, professional artwork and coffee table.
Our modern luxury condo has everything you need: flat screen TV (mounted on wall), a fully outfitted kitchen area with cooktop, convection oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. It's conveniently positioned on the 5th floor of Founder's Pointe with direct views of the slopes and amenity deck.
The Founder's building has the largest amenity deck hot tub, great for families and kids wanting to relax, watch the sunset and view the resort while relaxing in heavenly bliss.
This studio condo is well appointed too! The kitchen has a 12-cup coffee maker, granite counters, fine wood cabinets and full sets of utensils and cookware. The kitchen is located at the entrance to the unit along with the bathroom/tub/shower. The living room has large windows, a comfortable chair and sleeper sofa, along with a gas fireplace for cozy evenings! There is a flatscreen led TV and professionally mounted artwork from a local photographer on all walls.
This studio has a king sized bed with a large closet and two nightstands with usb charging and convenience outlets for your electronics (no fumbling around behind the nightstands needed). There is also a bathroom directly off the kitchen area, with a combo tub/shower!
If you're addicted to having reliable internet like we are, you may appreciate that we now have professionally managed wifi in the condo. Our speed tests typically show 100+ download and 80+ upload speeds!

What makes this unit special?
Being original owners of the unit since 2008, we're familiar with the area and will offer tips/advice to help make your stay special. You can expect several emails ahead of your visit that help with planning for travel and offering tips/tricks to make your visit special! We keep discovering new hikes, trails, restaurants and continuously update our information.
We own multiple units (including the 1-bedroom next door to this one) so depending upon availability we are able to accommodate larger families and your friends. Just ask!!
Local 24x7 help: When renting our unit you'll get our cell numbers in case anything comes up during your visit, and we also have arrangements with local trusted person who can handle special/emergency situations. We want our guests to have a premier experience and keep coming back to enjoy our special mountain get-away!
When booking this unit you will be asked to sign our required Rental Agreement, which provides protections for you as guest and us as owners. We'll send it soon after your booking, and your signing is required within 24 hours of your booking time. $100 security deposit collected prior to your arrival.
All cancellation refunds will be reduced by 3% to account for the credit card processing charge at time of booking.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We're avid exercise freaks, love the heart-pounding hikes and beautiful views in Winter Park. We have college-aged daughters and live in Austin TX but make our way to Winter Park as often as our schedules allow. As owners at the resort since 2008 we've grown to love Winter Park!!Location
