December 18th Update - Fraser hot tub will reopen by February 14th due to contractor delays. The new hot tubs will have led lighting, water features, and lots of new amenity deck features (fire pits, new seating areas, new grilling area, etc).
House Rules - Please be sure to read our house rules describing rental agreement, smoking, pet, party and other rules. Upon booking you will be sent a lease agreement which must be signed/returned within 24 hours. Access to the condo will not be given without a signed agreement.
This is it! An amazing Winter Park condo located a few hundred feet from the gondola lift line at the base of Winter Park, with amazing mountain and slope views from the large balcony, master bedroom and every other window. Corner unit with amazing feel/lighting!
We've outfitted the condo with many great features - 65" Samsung LED TV + soundbar in living room, 49" and 55" TCL Roku enabled TVs in bedrooms. - DVR cable box (Comcast X1 Infinity) allows you to record shows you might otherwise miss - both bedrooms have king sized mattresses - private wifi + wired ethernet options in all rooms - wire shelving in kitchen pantry (you won't find this in most units) - high end Calphalon cookware and other cooking items - multi device charging stations for your electronics at each nightstand and in living room - filtered water at kitchen sink, and a humidifier
If you’re addicted to having reliable internet like we are, you may appreciate that we now professionally managed wifi in the condo. Our speed tests typically show 100+ download and 80+ upload speeds!
What's unique about this condo versus other 2-bedrooms? The first thing you'll notice is that it directly faces the mountain instead of the interior pool areas. When you're standing in the kitchen you have wonderful views through many different windows, and it seems as if you've been transported to the Swiss alps with the majestic Zephyr building flanked by ski runs and the beautiful mountains. There are only 4 other units that are similarly situated in the building.
Staying at this condo you'll be about 90 seconds away from Starbucks, and will have a short walk to the brand new gondola, chairlifts, restaurants/bars, and all the activities that Winter Park and the village has to offer. There are 8+ restaurants and many stores in the village where you can eat, drink and just enjoy the atmosphere.
Condo Setup: The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, extra space for a sitting area to relax or watch TV, and an attached master bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized mattress. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bathroom has a full-sized tub with shower. There is a large covered deck with 4 chairs available for your use!
Kitchen: 4-burner electric stove with full sized oven; full-sized refrigerator; large granite island countertop; full pots/pans/storage/utensils for making scratch meals; large microwave; complete set of cutting boards, knives, bowls, and other typical kitchen essentials.
The condo is in beautiful condition with upgraded flooring and gets tons of natural light throughout the day. This is our home away from home and we would love to have it be yours too!

Parking is handled through a reservation system, during winter season has recently been $19 daily and $3 per trip charge for summer. The cost of parking is set by the building homeowners association.
When booking this unit you will be asked to sign our required Rental Agreement, which provides protections for you as guest and us as owners. We'll send it soon after your booking, and your signing is required within 24 hours of your booking time.
All cancellation refunds will be reduced by 3% to account for the credit card processing charge at time of booking.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Evelyn and Rich, we love CO summer hiking at Winter Park, the Incline at Manitou Springs and just about any heart-pounding hike we can find! We have two college aged daughters (one attends CO School of Mines).
