A wonderful condo with air-conditioning (few other units have A/C!) located in one of the two newest buildings at the base of Winter Park.  A key attraction is the large shared hot tub (with island) on the 3rd floor amenity deck. A wonderful condo located in one of the two newest buildings at the base of Winter Park.  A key attraction is the large shared hot tub (with island) on the 3rd floor amenity deck. We've outfitted our unit with lots of upgrades that you won't typically find, such as:

  • secure and private wifi (high speed internet!)
  • private deck w/two chairs
  • larger/newer televisions
  • new mattresses
  • calphalon cookware
  • separate light/fan switches (sadly most condos in the building require you to stand on the bed to pull chains!)
